metal buildings are designed with
the end user in mind, leaving more unobstructed
floor space than ever before! Our 3"
wall thickness is all that is taken up even with
the requirements of wind reinforcing members.
PHOENIX TL buildings provide the small size,
design flexibility
and security you demand. Our all steel
buildings ship as a ready to assemble kit complete
with instructions. The building is
self framing, which means there is no structural
steel impeding your floor space and no columns to
design around. All accessories and framing
members are located as an integral part of the
wall framing system. The roof is single
slope (1 1/2" slope in the width dimension).
Standard buildings come with 3070 rough opening
that can be located anywhere on the building in
16" increments, optional windows, door frames,
louvers,
ceiling, gutter, downspout, partition walls,
& interior liner panels are also available.

Security -
Our wall panel
system does not include any fasteners on the
exterior of your building, so you cannot
unscrew the wall sheets to gain access to these
buildings. Walk door framing is made with
heavy gage steel that is resistant to break-ins.

PHOENIX buildings can
be erected and shipped skid mounted via truck
with no oversize permitting requirements.
Erect your building off site, fill it with your
equipment and and simply "Plug it in"
Flexibility-
Self framing design permits
unobstructed use of your floor space. Doors
and optional accessories can be located wherever
you need in 16" increments as an integral part of
your wall framing system. This means you do
not have to design around bulky structural
members or annoying columns.
Structural stiffening members are designed as an
integral part of the wall system and wind braces
hide neatly above ceiling height out of sight.
Rigidity -
Designed to meet or
exceed the majority of codes Live Load, Wind
Load, & Snow Loads. Optional accessories also
available for stiffening walls for application of
wall hung equipment. Wall panels are 3"
deep 24 gage and roof panels are 3" deep 18 gage
which provide superior strength. Wind
reinforcements are available for designs in high
wind areas. Phoenix TL buildings can
be designed to withstand up to 170 mph wind
loadings and snow loadings up to 200 psf.

Appearance-
Concealed fastener
wall framing system leaves no exposed fasteners
in your walls, only crisp attractive lines are
visible. Fascia and gutter match profile
for a seamless trimmed out look. Specially
designed corner wall panels eliminate the need for bulky corner
trim. Accessories such as door framing
systems and windows are specifically designed to
fit as an integral part of the wall structure. Our attention to detail is what sets

Weather
Tightness - High
quality components, sealants, fasteners, and most
important details are used in insure that your
PHOENIX building remains weather tight for many years to
come. Roof panel system is a standing seam
roof where all fasteners occur outside the
envelope of your building wall framing system.
An oversize gutter and commercial grade downspout
are also standard.
Simple Foundations -
Simplified
foundations made of reinforced concrete to
support uniform dead and live loads transmitted
through wall panel system. PHOENIX buildings
can also be skid mounted for increased
portability.
Precision Manufacturing-
Components are precision made and
marked for reference to supplied erection
instructions for quick and easy construction.
CNC formed parts ensure that holes will line up
when making bolted connections and that trim
will fit properly. Parts can
be easily purchased at a later date if repair or
remodel is required
Energy Efficiency -
PHOENIX
buildings can be insulated integrally within wall
system and the optional ceiling can also be
insulated for maximum thermal efficiency.
Specially made thermal foam blocks are installed
within the base channel to prevent moisture
intrusion and air infiltration. Extra wall
insulation may be obtained when optional interior
liner is used.
Lasting Impressions
- PHOENIX
buildings have a 20-year Kynar paint finish on
wall panels & trim accessories. The paint
is factory applied to provide you with many years
of maintenance free use. Standing seam roof
panels are full length with no fasteners within
the envelope of the building. PHOENIX roofs do not and will
not leak!!

Ease of Erection -
You do not
need to be a professional to erect a PHOENIX
building. Only simple tools are required.
Everything you will need can be bought at your
local hardware store. No machinery is
necessary for erection either. Fully

included with every PHOENIX building.
