1.)  Our buildings are designed by builders, for builders.  We know what pitfalls affect your bottom line.   We understand that good details and forethought into our product is what makes for a successful project.   It may be our building but it's your reputation.

2.)  We encourage our builders to give us feedback on design & product offering.   We are a very flexible manufacturer, that considers and incorporates most feedback into real results.   If you have trouble with understanding a detail, or you don't care for how something looks, we encourage you to tell us.  

3.)  Our buildings are designed around the ease of erection.   Most of the risk of a construction project is taken on by the erector in the form of weather delays, other trade interference, and schedule.   Our buildings are designed so you can spend more of your time installing than drilling holes and cutting members.   We have pre-punched nearly all facets of your building to the most reasonable extent.   This insures that your building is not only erected properly, but that your time is spent doing your job, not ours.   This is our concept of pre-fabrication, where others stop at pre-engineering.

4.)  Accurate part Take Off & Quality Control.   Our pricing software integrates our part lists and quantities instantly to ensure proper pricing and packaging.   We double check all our outgoing orders to ensure every part is clearly labeled and properly packaged to ensure proper identification upon receipt.  Every order is also shipped with a complete set of erection instructions pertaining to your project and also a design manual for on the job reference.
