Standard Building Specifications: Inclusions

	Building width:  5'-4" ; 6'-8" ; 8'-0" ; 9'-4" ; 10'-8" ; & 12'-0"
	Building length:  Min. = 5'-4" ; Max: Depends on wind loading in 16" increments Building length is unlimited if wind bents are used at specified dimensions. (see design manual)
	Building heights: 8'-0" & 10'-0" (Nominally) Measured as wall sheet height.  Actual building height slightly larger.
	Wall panels:  Concealed fastener 3" deep 16" wide 24 ga. Embossed.  Factory pre-painted colors.
	Wall panel color options:  Cougar Tan ; Parchment ; Village Green
	Roof panels: Standing seam 3" deep 16" wide 18 ga. galvanized G90
	Eave Trim  color options:  Bone White ;  Bronze
	Walk door Rough Opening (R.O.): Jamb reinforcers - 16 ga. galvanized Lintel- 16 ga. galvanealed primed neutral tan Necessary jamb covers - Embossed to match wall color Hardware bag for the installation of the above items.
	Wall cap:  This part is underneath eave trim and closes off void created by sculptured wall panels against bird intrusion.
	All applicable erection drawings to your project ( 11x17) 1 set:
	Design Manual - Document detailing allowable design parameters of your building including accessory placement, foundation reactions.

Optional Item Specifications: Options

	2470, 3070, & 6070 Framed Openings (optional): RHR & LHR swings.  (Must include appropriate R.O.) Door frame:  KD Jambs & Header with closer reinforcing sleeve.  Prepped for Steelcraft leaf.  Base mounting clips included Threshold:  Aluminum w/ anchors & sealant.  Includes weather-stripping Weather-stripping Hinges:  3 knuckle NRP Necessary hardware bag for installation of the above.
	Window Framed Openings (optional):  2429 ; 3829 ; 3841; 5041; or 6441 sizes (glass nominally daylight opening DLO w x h)  Designed to fit integrally within the wall system and to displace the loads on walls and roof. Jambs, Lintel, & Sill - 16 ga. galvanealed primed Neutral Tan. Hardware bag for the installation of the above items.
	Window Direct Glaze (optional)  "DG" Window beads primed Neutral Tan Necessary screws Glazing tape roll Window: Clear or Dark Bronze laminated ; Wire glass available upon request.
	Operable window (optional) Horizontal sliding window fix one side and operable on other.  Vinyl rollers. Color available:  White or Bronze Aluminum.   Glass is clear 1/8".  Wire glass not available.
	Service Door Framing: (optional)  Minimum nominal building height must be 10'-0".  Steel painted Neutral Tan (NT) Primer Clear Height : 8'-10" Clear Opening Widths Available:  5'-4" ; 6'-8"; 8'-0"; 9'-4"; 10'-8"; 12'-0"
	Partition Walls: (Optional):  Made from exterior wall panels.  Span Width of building max.  May include optional accessories such as doors, louvers, & windows.

	Louvers: (Optional)-  Integrally framed louvers primed Neutral Tan (NT)  Fix Louver Vent (FLV)-  Fixed blades with bird screen. 3 sizes (16w x 24h ; 32w x 24h, 48w x42h) Operable Louver Vent (OLV):  Manually operated linkage blades with bird screen. 3 sizes (16w x 24h ; 32w x 24h, 48w x42h) Stamped Wall Louver.   Louver vents stamped in wall panel.  Not for insulated buildings. 1 size (16w x 18h)
	Ceiling panels (optional):  2" Flush panel 16" wide 24 ga. Embossed. Factory pre-painted Bone white.
	Insulation (optional)  16" wide batts unfaced Walls:3 1/2" R11 Ceiling: 3 1/2"  R11 - (Ceiling Required) Roof:  3 1/2" R11 Vinyl Faced -  Fastened With Adhesive Stick Pins.
	Liner Panel:  26 ga. Corrugated Panels Color: Polar White (PW)
	Gutter (optional):  24 ga. construction. Factory pre-painted colors same as eave trim above. Downspout:  3"x 4" Corrugated Steel 24 ga. color to match trim color (standard for downspout is "A" elbows optional "B" elbows are available.)
	Flat Sidewall Panels:  3" 24 ga concealed fastener 16" wide embossed with no sculpture.  These panels are used for flush mounting exterior wall hung equipment such as air conditioners or electrical equipment.   Color to match wall color.  **Note** Flat panels may not be used at corner panel conditions.
	Fascia sculpture closure (optional):  This part is used to flash off underside of fascia where sculpture in wall panel occurs.  **Note** standard is wall cap that rests behind fascia at top of wall panel.  Sculpture closures will eliminate wall cap.
	Engineer Letter of Certification:  1 page stamped letter by an engineer of your state based on your project specifications.
	Engineer Stamped Calculations:  Book containing engineering backup data on a project specific basis. Stamped by an engineer of your state.
	Door Leaves: Standard 2470, 3070, & 6070 Mortise or Cylinder prep. Solid or 1/2 glass.  Inactive leaves have astragal prepped w/ flush bolts. Glass is wire glass.
	Door Handle:  Cylinder or Mortise  type; Latchset or Lockset Lever
	Door Closer:  Optional standard or hold open closers on all active leaves

Excluded Items: (NOT BY PHOENIX)

	Concrete foundation:  We will provide reactions for design of foundation by others
	Base plate anchors / design.  This should be included by foundation engineer.   Base channel prepped for 3/8" anchor @ 16" O.C. for easy attachment.
